Items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and with all tags attached. If you return items that do not meet these conditions, we will charge you an additional return shipping fee.
Refunds
We strive to process refunds daily. However, please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed. Our team will notify you by email as soon as your return has been received and again once processing is complete. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Regular-priced items: Regular-priced items can be returned, exchanged, or credited.
Sale-priced items: Sale items or items from flash sales/promotions can only be exchanged or credited.
Note: Items marked "Final Sale - No Returns or Exchanges" are excluded from returns. If you return an item despite this policy, you will be responsible for additional return shipping costs.
Coupon Codes: Orders placed using coupon codes and discounts (excluding our 10% Welcome Offer) can only be redeemed for store credit or an exchange.
Swimwear: All swimsuits must be tried on with underwear, and the sanitary pad must be in place. Removal or alteration is not permitted.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Return Shipping Costs: We recommend trying on all items immediately upon receipt to ensure you can return them within the return period.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unserdiy.com is not liable for returns that cannot be delivered. We recommend returning items via registered mail or a trackable shipping service, as the package remains the customer's property until it is received by Unserdiy.com.
